Kia ora, I'm Chenye NiChenye Ni

I'm a Ph.D. student at the University of Auckland, advised by Elliott Wen and Valerio Terragni. My work focuses on software supply chain security and reproducible builds—checking whether software matches its source code.

Outside research, I enjoy films and have a soft spot for salmon. I also like trying out new gadgets and finding better ways to work—though I sometimes spend more time refining my workflow than doing the work.
